Join our team for a dynamic work week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time for the day shift.
As a key player in our hospital lab outreach operation, you will oversee the daily management of orders for all client support services.
This includes ensuring the accuracy of the daily client collection list.
You will collaborate closely with our phlebotomists, completing necessary forms for off-campus/client activities, and providing seamless communication and assistance to physicians, patients, and clients.
Your responsibilities extend to processing requisitions, scripts, order entry/specimen submission, managing courier services, managing technical inquiries, and dispatching phlebotomists both in-house and off-campus.
In addition to these tasks, you will handle general duties such as managing confidential patient information, filing reports, logging activities, faxing, answering telephones, and typing.
What we are looking for:
High school graduate or GED holderEffective communication and customer service skillsA pleasant and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments efficiently under time constraintsExperience with Lab Outreach Orchard Copia client support services, and LIS system preferredProficient typing skills with previous computer experience preferredPI239415757About the Company:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
