Answer and route all incoming calls Setting up and scheduling service calls Assist Service Dispatcher Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Familiar with the geographical area Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems Ability to use a multi-phone line system Career-driven with the desire to move up in the organization Energetic personality.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
