Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Patient check-in/check-out Collecting co-pays Preparing patient charts Navinet insurance/referral verification Work Requirements:
Medical Office Front Desk Reception experience Knowledge of Health Insurances, NaviNet Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with physicians and fellow coworkers Preferences:
ChartMaker Practice Manager (Perfect Care) experience (a plus) Computer skills, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office (a plus) Fluent in both English and Spanish (a plus) PLEASE NOTE:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
