You will also be assigned duties as required.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Check-in guests efficiently, verifying identification and providing necessary information about the hotel's amenities and policies.
Assist guests with check-out, ensuring accurate billing and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Manage reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and room availability.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, while adhering to financial procedures.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities, assisting guests in making the most of their stay.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and address any maintenance issues.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
