Part time or Full-time caretaker/helper for homeowner's association.
Duties include light maintenance, grounds keeping, lawn mowing, weed whacking, tree removal, well and septic operations, open and close pool and monitor pool chemicals, clean bathrooms, other cleaning, maintain facilities through the summer and winter seasons, and assist other staff member as needed, etc.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Certified Pool Operator Certification preferred, but NOT required.
No experience necessary.
